Carl Knipping is the owner of three Chem-Dry nation’s leading carpet an upholstery cleaning company. Since 1997, he has served hundreds of satisfied Chem-Dry customers in Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake Counties. Carl is distinguished by his passion and determination for his business, his focus on superior customer service, and his deep commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Carl’s contagious enthusiasm and personable nature instill his team members with tremendous dedication to all of their customers. Under his leadership, Carl’s three Chem-Dry franchises have grown over 15% annually
More than just carpet cleaning professionals, Carl and his team are in-home environment specialists who are considerate of you and treat your home with utmost respect and care. “We are honest with you, listen carefully so we can recommend the best solution, treat your home as if it were our own, and work hard to make sure you are completely satisfied,” he said.
Carl believes that a major part of his business success, besides Chem-Dry’s superior products and patented process, is the in-depth training provided. Before a worker goes out in the van, they have to be 3-star certified and a background check completed. “We go to great lengths to train our technicians and we also attend Chem-Dry’s annual national convention. I’m proud to say my team members have 5-star certification, the highest rating at Chem-Dry,” noted Carl.
Family is of great importance to Carl. Although not a father himself, over the last nine years he’s helped raise his two wonderful stepdaughters and is a father figure to many other children. In his spare time he loves to golf, bike, camp and go boating.
