Crew2 Chem-Dry is looking for an individual to be part of the Chem Dry sales and service team located in Minneapolis. The employee will be the first line contact with potential and existing customers and will represent the local Chem Dry organization. The employee will be responsible for convincing customers to schedule appointments, selling services on each appointment and scheduling the appointment. The employee will also do follow up calls to verify appointment and post appointment satisfaction calls. The employee will be responsible for issuing and completing job tickets, and updating the customer database. The employee will also be responsible for many phases of direct marketing to the customer database, including, but not limited to, mailing and receiving material, inbound and outbound telemarketing and database maintenance. Wage Information
Paid hourly: $12-$13/hour
