Our business is growing FAST!! We are looking for a Customer Service Rep for our corporate office located in Boca Raton, FL. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Successfully complete our in-house training and certifications • Perform daily office responsibilities • Build relationship and trust with customers over the phone • Promote good customer service by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a can-do attitude, and willingness to help • Handle customer problems with professionalism and sympathy • Act with confidence by answering or finding the answers to customer questions and finding solutions to customer issues. • Communicating with Technicians in the field QUALIFICATIONS Office setting / CSR experience preferred. Intermediate to advanced PC skills. Individuals must be able to multi task in a fast pace environment. • Strong interpersonal; written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills. Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills. Bilingual a plus but not a must

$13.00 - $15.00 DOE
