SERVICE TECHNICIAN: •Excellent previous work history with minimum time at last job of at least 1 year. •Previous carpet cleaning and/or Chem-Dry experience a plus. •Tile, grout and stone cleaning experience a plus. •Clean cut with no visible piercings or tattoos. •Must be hard working, 100% dependable & honest, with excellent work ethics. •Clean driving record with no accidents or tickets within last 3 years. •Must be 21 and over to apply. No exceptions for insurance reasons •Pass background check along with initial and random drug tests. •Must be able to lift 150 lbs. •Has the understanding that having a job means showing up to work when scheduled and being on time. •Be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. •Great (not good) communication skills and attitude. •Basic math skills. •Willingness to take initiative and ability to learn. •Have reliable transportation to and from work. •Previous sales experience a plus. SERVICE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES: •Mechanical abilities to be able to fix and maintain equipment as needed. •Operating of flooring equipment including extractors and buffing machines. •Responsible for cleanliness, care and maintenance of company vehicles, inside and out. •Responsible for cleanliness and care of equipment. •Account for and return all cleaning tools, equipment, hoses, chemicals, and supplies, etc. to the truck before departure from the job. •Uphold all company policies and procedures. •Provide customers with exceptional service and adherence to professional conduct at all times. •Consult with each customer on an individual basis for possible needs for other services in their home (example: pet urine treatment, upholstery, tile etc.) To qualify for an interview, please send us your resume with previous job history and compensation.
