Coordinate activities of self and carpet technicians, responsible for initiation, performing, supervising and completing all aspect of a given work day to include preparing materials needed for jobs, completing job invoices and all paper work associated with each specific job. Responsible for customer relations, sales and knowledge of all products and services. Promotion of the business is expected during any and all opportunities to include new accounts both commercial and residential and additional services on previous schedule jobs.
