THE PERSON WHO IS A GOOD FIT • is dependable, punctual, honest, responsible, and really does work well with others • has an excellent phone manner, proficient data entry skills, and neat penmanship • demonstrates poise, excellent English communication and basic consumer math • follows instruction with light supervision • multi-tasks accurately • has a neat, clean appearance conforming to parent company's standards (including but not limited to NO VISIBLE tattoo or body piercing or plunging neckline or midriff or thong or back or thigh) • has a clean criminal record • willing and able to pass drug testing • will appreciate that we offer superior services that attract a similar clientele, making for more enjoyable work experience WHAT IS INVOLVED Duties include • calling and mailing past customers • help answer incoming calls on multiple land and cell lines for two local companies • help give customers information which includes calculating estimates and scheduling appointments • hours are somewhat flexible, approximately 20-24 hours a week. Physical requirements include: • heavy data entry and phones • moderate mail addressing and labeling by hand • light filing • sharing a small office space • workplace free of tobacco, heavy scent, drugs, alcohol Please call Lucie weekdays 8AM-5PM at 530-891-6747.
